Last name, first name, date of birth

Nationality / country of residence
Sports club (optional)
T-shirt size
Emergency contact (name and phone)
Payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers)

Management of registrations and the race
Event-related communication
Publication of the participants list (only with explicit consent)
Emergency contact in case of medical necessity

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of the registration contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your explicit consent for the public list (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). In Switzerland, we comply with the Federal Data Protection Act (nFADP).

5. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with:

Stripe — secure payment processing
Hosting — secure cloud infrastructure

No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration necessary to organise the event, then 3 years for statistical and management purposes.

This website uses only essential cookies for technical operation. No advertising tracking cookies are used.
