What is a Backyard Ultra?
A radical ultra-endurance format. No fixed distance, no time limit. Just one question: who will be the last one running?

Each loop must be completed in under 60 minutes. The clock resets every hour on the hour.
Again and again
Runners keep going as long as they show up at the start line on time. No limit on loops.

The race ends when only one runner remains. No time ranking — only survival.
